Cost and Frequency: Message and data rates may apply. Messages may be recurring.

Text Opt-Out: Reply “STOP” to any text message to unsubscribe.
MMS: SMS may be sent if MMS is not supported.
Program Warranty: Delivery depends on wireless carriers. BLOOMFIELD HILLS COLLISION CENTER is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy Policy: Participation constitutes agreement to our Privacy Policy.
C. Dispute Resolution and Agreement to Arbitrate
Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of disputes before litigation. Unresolved disputes shall be decided by binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive the right to jury trials and class actions.
Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association under its rules.
